How To Fix Up: "Loading dialog box in desktop refresh"

Have you ever got a slow appearing dialog box in desktop after installing a intel graphics driver???

No need to worry here's the fix...
1) Go to this link(32 bit/64 bit) and download the application name "shexview"

2) Open up!!!
looks something like this!!!
3) It will look something like this!!!

4) Disable this red highlighted processessing!!!

5) Restart the computer!!!!.....
